Our projects

It is an initiative that encourages the exchange of cultural knowledge to strengthen the inter-ethnic fabric, we facilitate the visit of international buyers, ecological tourism and / or research that can be provided by our communities. We recommend fair trade practices (Fair Trade) and gender equality, the main motivation of our international allies for the support and promotion of the art and culture of each ethnic group. With this project we contribute to the construction of the SDGs 1 Eradication of poverty, 5 Gender equality, 10 Reduction of inequalities, 11 Sustainable cities and communities, 12 Responsible consumption.

We had the opportunity to be chosen by Nest to participate in the Nest Artisant Accelerator program, a project that linked more than 70 artisan ventures from around the world to encourage business development during the pandemic.

We achieved important recognition from the Mayor’s Office of Bogotá, the High Councilor for Peace, Victims and Reconciliation and the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) delivered in December, at the Center for Historical Memory, Reconciliation and Peace in the city ​​of Bogotá, for the work carried out with the Eperara Siapidaara community, victims of the armed conflict, refugees in Bogotá.

It is a project of international visibility for indigenous communities in their artisanal cultural activities that tend to dignify work and improve their quality of life. Attendance at events and Craft Fairs, Universities and Museums in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. This project has received international recognition. With this project we contribute to the construction of integrated solutions in the SDG 1 Eradication of poverty, 8 Decent employment and economic growth, 10 Reduction of inequalities, 11 Sustainable cities and communities, 12 Responsible consumption, 13 fight against climate change, 17 Alliances for the achievement of the objectives. This project has deserved international recognition.

Project developed with the support of the Build a Nest International Foundation to reactivate the artisan manufacturing of the Wayuú and Zenú communities, the products were donated to the international entities IFAM and Cultural Survival.

A project developed at the initiative of the Foundation with the Zenú and Emberá Katío del Alto Sinú communities, to make masks for the communities and donate them to health centers and other sister communities. This project was funded by the Land Guardians Project grant from the Cultural Survival Foundation.

Project developed with the support of the international foundations Cultural Survival, Nest and IBU to provide tools for artisan production and communication equipment for the Zenú community and improve their working conditions and artisan production.

A project developed with the support of Cultural Survival to encourage indigenous artisans from the Wounaan and Eperara Siapidaara communities displaced by violence in their territories, located in the town of Ciudad Bolívar, to reactivate craft production.
Our purpose is to seek through artisanal entrepreneurship the dignity of their work, the recognition of their culture, the reactivation of their ancestral traditions and the rescue of their cultural identity as an aboriginal people, avoiding the disappearance of their people.

A project developed by the Foundation for the Ébera Néka Association in Córdoba in co-financing with the Energy company Urra S.A. E.S.P. for the manufacture of 12,000 masks for the Emberá Katío communities of Alto Sinú.
